Add small detail to activity log 404

If it's possible, could the page that a user requested that brings up a 404 Not Found be added to the activity log? Right now the log shows just "404 Not Found" but something like "404 Not Found: page-that-does-exit" would be helpful. Even better, show the referrer if there was one.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Just checked in an update with both current link and referrer. The activity log view cuts it off, but shows the full if you hover over the text for an item in the record.
