HTML Snippets Bug

It appears that when editing the contents of a HTML snippet box that the ID for the snippet (a.k.a. the property field in the sitellite_property_set table) is abandoned and a new ID is created. This seems to leave unused rows in the sitellite_property_set table, in effect abandoning them.
