Users and Roles - Row Coloring

Most of the tables on the admin side of things have alternating row colors but the various tabs for users (specifically the teams tab) and roles (specifically the resources tab) don't. It would make it easier to identify rows in large tables if they either had borders that separated the rows, or alternated row colors like web pages do.

The Widget used into those dialog boxes is Usradm.Widget.Allowedbox, which is a list of saf.MailForm.Widget.Checkbox. To modify the background color of the rows, we would need to redefine the template used to display each row of checkboxes into Allowebox, using a Alt object to alternate the colors. In other words, to set the $_horizontal_template var of each Checkbox objet.
