app installer / manager

It would be great to have an application to install / manage applications. After the user uncompress an new application to the inc/app folder, this app manager would allow to:
Install / remove databases needed for the app
Install / remove collection definitions
Activate / desactivate the app
Perform customs operations needed to install the app
All of this in a single operation: [install] or [uninstall].
