Add ping to Google sitemap scheduler task

The automatic Google sitemap generation feature of the scheduler is great, but what would make it even better is if it then pinged Google to let them know that a new, updated sitemap has been generated (http://www.google.com/support/we...)

Found an easy bit of code to add that does this:

Also made a quick change so the googlesitemap task handles urls correctly when remove_index=on:
