SiteSearch - indexing files

When I edit some item in filesystem collection, there are some problems with indexing.
1] extractor_get_function does not exists (this function should determine, which mechanism to use - like indexer for PDF file, DOC, PPT, etc...)
2] if there is no summary / description set, then it tries to make description from content - it works fine for pages, news and so on (collections, with some text content), but not for files !
3] finding lucene documents, like when we are updating some item, we find the old document in lucene db, delete it and add new one. All items are searched by url. Url is unique, so, its good idea, but... Some urls (like urls for files) contain questionmark and thats a problem. Zend library-parser will not accept it, because it thought, this question marks is a wildcard...
All these problems are coming from \inc\app\sitesearch\boxes\services\edit\index.php
