SiteTemplate displays javascript instead of executing it

In sitetemplate-templateselect-action, sitetemplate-edit-form, it displays the content of the script tags instead of executing the code. Result: strangs text displayed into the page, and calls to javascript functions not working.
It seems to be a side effect of commit http://github.com/lux/sitellite/commit/0c5c225f5f23e8445c4dd65b3ff9... (Added ability to call page_add_*() functions from sidebars/includes.)
