Replace Prototype with jQuery

Prototype is used in 3 or 4 places and since we use jQuery for most new JS features, the existing features relying on Prototype should be replaced with jQuery equivalents. The main ones are:
- siteblog app
- sitegallery app
- xed/source form
- js/prompt.js
