Siteshop: decimals are gone in Cart::total()

When I use the setlocale(LC_ALL, $lang) in my siteshop files, it causes some errors. In the shopping Cart, the decimals are gone in the total value. This is due to the use of the function money_format() in the functions Cart::subtotal() and Cart::total(). Using setlocale(LC_TIME, $lang) instead is a workaround for this problem.
