error message after deleting image with image manager

When deleting an image with the image manager an error message appears - the website can not be opened and results in a message that the page can not be opened. See attachements. The image is deleted as well.

Tested it in IE7 en FF3. FF3 runs correctly, it only is shown in IE7 (Doen't know IE8 yet)
Used the github release of Oct.13 (without the 5.3 modifications)
PHP5.1.6
Tested it as an user with editor-role.
