Issue with settings in Siteshop

One fine day the controls under settings tab decided to
disappear. When I go to settings tab in Siteshop the page is blank
and returns error 500. The log shows [Wed Jan 05 12:49:19 2011]
[warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error:
Call to a member function setValue() on a non-object in
/var/www/hosts/bttbca/web/inc/app/siteshop/forms/settings/index.php
on line 26
but I'm not sure what that means or how to fix it.
