HTML Editor Not Working

Ever since the site was migrated and I updated htaccess I am
trying to
use the html editor and I get this error...
Template Error: syntax error (Template:
xed-source-form.default.tpl,
Line 1, Column 0)
Another one today right after login was this....Template Error: syntax error (Template: cms-app.default.tpl, Line 1, Column 0)
I posted this issue a month ago in Google Groups but no one gets back to me.
Whats going on?
