Save SQL Shell queries as reports into new Reports collection

You should be able to save reports you use frequently into their own collection. A report builder interface might be needed too, but the SQL shell could integrate with it at least for power users.
Supporting multiple queries and maybe a chart view (Google charts API...) would be cool too.
