Strange string in Content Manager translations

In translations > Applications > Content Manager
if have the following string to translate:
WORKSPACE_'.strtoupper
I guess there is something wrong in one template. It seems this string comes from inc/app/cms/lib/Workspace/Notice/SMS.php
