Separate translations for global templates

Feature request:
In Translation > Global Templates:
There should be a translation file for every template sets, instead of one for all templates. It would allow to distribute template sets along with their translations.
So, instead of displaying the list of strings to translate for all templates, it should display the list of templates, as it does with the list of applications.
