Add Forward to (URL) property to news app

It would be useful for me to be able to specify an URL instead of having to write a whole story in news app. What I propose is to add a Forward to (URL) field in news. When this field contains an url (either internal or external), clicking on news title brings you to that url instead of displaying the content of the news story, like it does in cms app.
