Link targets

Right now links can have one of three targets, none (default), new window, and top frame. I'd like to have the option of specifying a link target so that the new window can be reused (without having to edit the source code). If I select new window, a new window opens up for every link that uses it, but if you name the target specifically, only one new window will open and it will be reused for any links that use the same target.
