Deleted items per page

Similar to ticket #80, for consistency I think that the number of items per page on the deleted web pages/file pages should use the same preference setting that web pages and other parts of the CMS do. Right now it seems that the deleted web pages/files displays 10 items per page regardless of what preference is set.
