Default upload path

When users have to upload a lot of web files, they're currently limited to uploading one file at a time and selecting the destination folder every time. While there's a separate ticket for the ability to bulk upload files, I would like to suggest the ability to let each user set a folder that the folder browser will open to by default, or have a way for Sitellite to remember the last folder that a user uploaded a file to so that it will take them back to it the next time they want to add a file.
