News section names, boxes, and spaces

I can create sections (or are they categories? both terms are used in the CMS) in the News app that have spaces in the names and things work fine up until I try and add a box to a web page. If I insert a News box in a web page and specify either headlines or stories for a category that has spaces in the name, I get no stories displayed. If I pick a category that has no spaces then it works fine. I noticed that the code that Xed inserts translates spaces into plus signs, and when I changed the plus back to a space, it works fine.
