Hi,
New installation of 5.0.4, install goes very well, did not change
anything, when browsing Form Submissions, click "Send Email", I got
the fatal error message,
Fatal error: Class 'MF_Widget_formsbox' not found in
/home/to/myroot/saf/lib/MailForm/MailForm.php on line 615
Did I miss somthing?
Please help.

I forgot to include an important file for that to work.
Fixed in the latest github commit
