Cannot login into the control panel

Hi,

I tried to login into the control panel: http://www.gatellc.com/cms-app. I am getting error message.
Here is the error message.
"Template Error: Not well-formed (invalid token) (Template: cms-top-action.default.tpl, Line 1, Column 1)" .

Please help me to fix this issue.
