XT rendering [ch:nbsp] entities in form fields

XT seems to be rendering [ch:nbsp] style entities too aggressively, which is causing them to be rendered as in the edit form in SiteTemplate.
One solution might simply be to convert them back automatically, which may also help auto-correct entities entered by new template designers.
