Xed saving drafts and escaping quotes

If you open an existing page for editing, change it, then navigate away from the page without saving or cancelling so that a draft is created, the draft copy has quotes escaped when they shouldn't be.

I think I just hit on a fix for this and the other character encoding issues you were having in Xed. I put a bunch of different characters (quotes, a few deliberate html entities, special characters, a few random Chinese characters, etc) and everything seems to work fine now in all my cases including moving between regular and source view, and starting from current or a saved draft.
This is checked into github now if you want to test/patch your site, and I think we should do a new update release pretty soon too.
