Renaming teams

When updating team names, resources that are team-controlled (e.g. web pages) don't get updated with the new team name. It's necessary to go back to all the items and update them individually to the new team name. Updating a team's name should automatically update any assets that are related to that team.

Team names are static in Sitellite 5, you can only add/remove teams and edit their descriptions and whether they are enabled/disabled, so this is prevented.
