News app - Search again bars

When viewing a search result news item, the bar "Highlighting Search Terms:" appears twice whether logged in or not. The "Search again" links point to two different locations, the first one to "sitellite-search-action" and the second to "news-search-action". Only news-search-action (the second one) should show up.

I must be missing something, but I neither see the 'Highlighting Search Terms' bar you describe, nor the 'Search again' links... If this is still relevant, could you please tell me where I should look to find them?
