More applications that are enabled but not available

In Open Source on Windows, the following applications are also not showing up in the control panel (I enabled all):
Example Monoslideshow Shoutbox SiteForum SiteGallery SiteStreamer SiteWiki Sitellite API Ysearch
Also no documentation found on these

Some of these don't have back-end interfaces, so you just access them via their URL (/index/appname-app) or via the box chooser. It used to be that you installed each of these separately instead of enabling them, so you'd see the install steps to get them running. Now we need to update the documentation to reflect that still, but if you look in each app's folder there's often an appname/install/INSTALL file that explains how to get started with it.

tnx That Git thingy is a real pain in the ###. This will take a while to get it working
