Subscribers within Sitemailer2 doesn't work

The tab "sitemailer2-subscriber-action" results in a blank page.
It is also not possible to subscribe or unsubscribe to newsletters. Using "sitemailer2-unsubscribe-from" and "sitemailer2-subscribe-form" results in the message "Invalid request: no newsletter found".

File: inc/app/sitemailer2/boxes/subscribers/index.php. The following line causes a white screen, with no error information: $rex = new Rex ($cgi->collection);
